Great potent capsules that are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Recommended dosage is 600mg so at two capsules a day you get 45 days worth which I think is decent value for money. I'm fairly confident even though I take a range of supplements daily that when I had this particular supplement, there is an identifiable improvement in my training. I do believe that these upset the stomachs of some so it's really a case of trial and error to see if it affects you at all. I take this along with daily creatine and pre-workout supplements topped up with different types of vitamins. Gives me an all-round good base of nutrients. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 45 days. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your training muscle health.
