Was getting hot flushes every 15mins, horrendous experience of the start of the menopause. These took about 3 weeks to start making a difference but the flushes reduced to a few a day. I missed a few a couple of weeks ago and stated getting more flushes so need to take religiously. Month 3 now and I do take a 400iu vitamin E too. Hopefully I can find my balance without HRT

Ive made my way through alot of these menopace tablets ( different one's at different stages) , they have really helped me with my symptoms from hot flushes, night sweats, helping me to get the balance right. I noticed a change when onto my second box. Recommend these.
