Once we had registered this, we realised that we couldn't do all this with one product because it would not only be impossible, it would be counter productive and conflicting. This will be my first ever MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP review and I have been shopping on MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP for over 3 years. I have received a lot of great stuff from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP but since I am an online shopaholic and leave a lot reviews on other sites, I never got round to doing it on MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP as it can be time consuming but this product here deserves every second of my time!!! I am newish to the gym, learning the ropes, naturally lazy and now go on the morning before work as it's quiter. I was searching for a pick up brink before work out and to last me through and just pick me up really. This was recommended by a friend who is a PT after I purchased a pre-work out drink with raving views before (it did work but was looking for more ) and my HOLY **** I have found it!!! Never in my life did I think I can do an hour of cardio unhinged. Never did I think I can push through the weights training pain to reach all full sets. Even on off gym days where you are knackered and have a long active day, I have a drink . This stuff is great. Gives you loads of energy and will be trying monitoring if it really helps with burning that extra weight to. Either ways. Great pick me up ladies & gents.
I started gym about 3 months ago, and as I'm not a "morning person" I need a coffee to wake up. Decided to try pre-workout instead. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! One scoop gives me enough energy for about 2.5h. Taste is very nice and if you add one or two ice cubes it will be very refreshing. Take it on empty stomach. Doesn't work well with food.
