OTHER INGREDIENTS: 100% L-Glutamine produced via a fermentation process.RECOMMENDED USE: Training Days: Take one serving half an hour prior to exercise, one immediately after exercise and one before bedtime. Non training days: Take one serving three times daily evenly spaced throughout the day, with one serving before bedtime.
WARNINGS: This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy balanced diet not as a substitute for such. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the stated dose.
