This Pre-Workout Powder Comes With Its Own Scoop, And One

This pre-workout powder comes with its own scoop, and one scoop of the powder easily dissolved in water, unlike some others I've had before which leave a solid lumpy mess in the bottle. It tastes nice, and gave me a much needed boost for my workout. It also comes with handy instructions on when you should drink it in terms of both a workout, and any desired sleeping time.

This Is My Second Pre-Workout Through The Mysupplementshop Vine Programme.

This is my second pre-workout through the MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP Vine programme. Normally I use products from other well known online suppliers and I tend to approach anything I've not used before with a bit of skepticism. In the case of this Effectiv Nutrition offering, I am very pleased with how it enhanced my performance during a HIIT session which was outside in the freezing cold last night. As I'm also on a huge cut, the fact this only has 13 calories is fantastic for me. 250mg of caffeine is at the higher end of the caffeine intake spectrum, so for those who are inexperienced with pre-workout, you will want to follow the measuring guide closely. 1 scoop is all you need, even if you're a seasoned pre-workout user.

Wither you need that extra boost of energy for the gym, work or whatever else, this is a tasty product that does the job. You receive 25 servings plus a handy little serving spoon.

Decent Pre Workout That Mixes Well With Water Without Clumping.

Decent pre workout that mixes well with water without clumping. I found the flavour enjoyable and not too artificial. I drink it on the way to the gym in the morning and I can feel the beta alanine kicking in by the time I get there. Helps with energy and focus in the gym and is one of the better pre workouts I've used with good amounts of active ingredients. Price is just under �25 for 25 servings which I think is fair value for money.

This Comes In A 2/3 Full Sealed Tub With A

This comes in a 2/3 full sealed tub with a scoop. There is a silica gel sachet to look out for in there somewhere. The powder is dry and lump free and mixes well in a shaker with minimal effort. I really don't like the taste, it's incredibly sweet with a bad aftertaste and taste more like watermelon than apple and raspberry. As a pre workout it does give a blood flow and energy boost. I'm mostly interested in the beta alanine which works well for me and less interested in the caffeine. It helps give focus and more drive to work harder in the gym and seems to kick in pretty quickly too. Obviously don't take too late at night as it will mess with your sleep. I'd say this is effective and priced OK, especially if you compare it to premixed drinks but I've knocked a star off at it tastes pretty bad.
