So we set out to solve both problems by creating a mix of the two that you can sip them throughout the day as a beautifully tasty lemon drink so you can get the benefits of the product by taking it daily, and avoid the tingles by sipping it slowly through the day in your normal drinking water.

How to useAdd 1x 10ml scoop (7.5g) to 1 litre of water and sip throughout the day. Take 2 servings per day for the first month (loading phase), and 1 serving per day there after (maintenance phase).

If this happens when taking the recommended dose either take less more often, consume it with food, or dilute it in more water and drink it over the course of a few hours.
