This comes in a good quality brown glass bottle. It has a decent capacity of 500ml which should last you around 50 servings so it works out pretty decent value for money with 1600mg of Omega 3 in each of the servings. I quite like taking this supplement in this way - I avoid gelatine and usually when taking capsules they are in gelatine capsules which I don't like so a liquid supplement suits me well. I like the fruity flavour makes it a pleasant way to consume this liquid supplement.

When you get to a certain age, triglycerides can be lowered with a sample of omega 3. It's well researched and has evidence to reduce heart disease. This is a giant bottle and tastes lemony without being sickly. Good regular supplement to take.

It's a thumbs-up from me on this omega supplement. IOther reviews have gone into the EPA-DHA content so I won't repeat that. I do like this supplement. Here's why: - The product comes in an amber glass bottle which helps reduce the impact of light breaking down the integrity of the product. Tick. - There's no discernible fishy. None. While it does have a lemon flavour, I didn't find that necessary. Another tick. - The faceted glass bottle makes it so much easier to store in the fridge than other omega oils I've purchased in the past. Stand it upright, store it on its side. Tick again. I've become a fan of this brand and would consider purchasing this omega supplement over capsules for the reasons outlined above.

Before trying this bottle from Osavi I would have never purchased anything like this in liquid form, ever, it reminds me of my childhood morning dreads of vitamins and oil before school, ewwww yuk! Now having tasted this, I would certainly purchase because it does taste of lemon and not of fish oil, it isn't even oily like you would imagine it to be. It does have a slight greasy feel but defiantly not an oil gagging sensation. The Daily Omega is very palatable and does taste lemon, not like lemon drop candy or anything like that but still a lemon taste. The liquid has a slight grease to it but not in an unpleasant way at all. The bottle I received has 2.5 years of use by date and contains a 3 month supply of servings so very much value for money.

This product is very good for your Circulation,, Brain Heart and Nerves. It is a large bottle so it will last for a while as you only need to take 1 teaspoon a day. It is oily but it taste lemony which definitely helps. Good quality product and price is also reasonable.
