Second the taste tea comes with a bitter taste had to put I a bit sugar to make it worth drinking but still it's hard. Just saw it in a capsule shape and got very happy. Having started it again I am relaxed and stress-free again. It's handy solution to take a capsule with water with no taste in your mouth which is great for me.
