I've been taking the BCAA supplement for over 2 years. Great taste, dissolves quickly, energy for hours, recovery, gluten free, mental focus and much more! I've tried most of the flavors and love each one. My wife also takes daily. I wish the vanilla iced coffee flavor was available again. I'll be buying this BCAA for the foreseeable future.
I've had this product on countless occasions and I have not seen a decrease in quality over the years . It doesn't make you hyper or jittery . You get the right amount of energy and I never notice a crash . That's all needed to know about this because that is all the product promises . Clean , and healthy energy .
I am new to using pre-workout supplements, but I decided to give it a try since I was going to start going to the gym for the first time. I usually engage in regular activities such as walking, running, and things like that, but since I have to wake up at 4am, I need something to help me stay awake. This pre-workout supplement tastes great, and it has really enhanced my workout. I highly recommend it!
