Great flavour, doesnt give you the jitters
I like maxi muscle products, this is the usual quality I'd expect. Good flavour, mixes well, good results for a powerful workout.
My husband used this pre-exercise a few times and said he noticed it helps him to push harder for longer during work outs. We were a bit confused as the container said 3 scoops but the directions on here said 1 scoop?! 🤔 Anyway he went with the 3 scoops thats on the actual container. The flavour is enjoyable and it packs a punch during workout, so yes he will keep using it on days where he wants to put in high intensity training.
