A delicious protein bar full of natural ingredients. Packed with oats, peanuts and a raspberry date layer. Ideal for a filling snack after a workout or a sport. Its not too try with the right level of moisture but can be a little crumbly. A little expensive for regular consumption but I would buy again if I need the protein burst.

These flapjacks are so indulgent, sticky, gooey and very filling too. The dates add a real depth of flavour, a real treat you can eat on the go. I'm dreaming of putting one in the microwave for a few seconds and adding a scoop of vanilla icecream. YUM. There is a slight hint of 'protein taste' but its not very noticeable.
