This was a relatively nice flavour. Was fruity, although not quite the fruit salad I was expecting. More peachy in taste. I went for one scoop and it was a reasonable pump with extra energy but none of the jitters of some others. It was on the higher end of the price point for some preworkouts and wasn't quite as good as others I use regularly. I might buy again but if you are going for 2 scoops it isn't the best value.

I dont like to give bad or average reviews, but i am sad to say for this one i must. For the simple fact that it contains salt. One scoop contains 250mg of salt. We have enough salt in our diets as it is, why needlessly increase that? A scoop of 250mg of salt added to your daily diet? No thanks. Heart disease and issues are bad enough as it is thanks, no need to increase the risk and blood pressure, especially when working out hard at the gym. It just seems way way too risky to me. Especially with all the other stuff in this that already increase blood flow and pressure. Nevertheless, it seems good quality stuff and well thought out, but the salt added content just seems rather silly to me. And just because its himalyan salt doesnt mean it differs from stable salt, since they are indentical in salt content, himalyan just has added nutriets.

This product doesn't have any external packaging; it comes in a nicely presented tub that is easy to understand - it claims that it is stimulant-free, and I can't see any stimulant-based ingredients in the ingredient list. As of review, this product costs 32.99, which I think is quite expensive, especially when you take this product into account the seal being slightly broken, leaking a bit of the powder. It has a hint of peach ring flavour but is minimal and lacking in this flavour. However, it is straightforward to measure out and comes with a convenient scoop to use - after adding two scoops to 300ml of water (or one scoop to 200), you need to mix in a shaker cup for about 30 seconds, this is very easy and doesn't leave lumps after 20 or so seconds. As I'm not a scientist, I can't say if this product will help you perform better. Overall, I recommend this product - the taste is just a bit rubbish

I have taken some of the ingredients before in lower amounts, and had noticed benefits, so was happy to trial. My inner lid had a slight pin prick hole. But product inside looked fresh and fine. I have taken a few times. One of the best tasting supplement drinks (other than shakes) that I have had. Not too sweet and the taste didn't linger. Only issue, which won't stop me taking it, is I get a slight skin tingling. I do on occasion take full flush niacin. Which I like. This was nothing severe like that. But I wasn't expecting it.
