🔎 The Myprotein Alpha Pre-Workout, Orange, and Mango supplement come in a plastic jar, security sealed, with a ****-on lid, and a measuring spoon included inside. To prepare a pre-workout drink you will need either a shaker( strongly recommended ), or a cup big enough so you can stir up the powder to dissolve in water. For one recommended drink you have to add two spoons of the powder. It will provide: - 300mg of caffeine, - 250mg of L-theanine - 3.5g of Beta-Alanine - 4g of L-AAKG - 8g of L-Citrulline Malate 🧡 I like the taste of the ready drink - it is sour, and you can taste the orange flavor. It is definitely not sweet, due to high caffeine concentration( + other ingredients ). Dissolving in water takes just seconds and does not require much effort. Due to being in powder form, you can adjust the amount according to your needs and your personal preference. 👎 Nothing at all. Great product. ⏳ I have had it for a month now and I went through about half of the jar. I am very happy with the product, and the way it works for me, and helps me to have clarity of mind, a sharp focus, and the energy needed( not only for a workout session ). 💡 I would strongly recommend starting with one measuring spoon(half of the recommended portion ) first if you are new to this type of pre-workout supplement. You can build up when you know how your body reacts to it. 💲 A truly great value for the money. Works great, and tastes good.

This drink taken at full dose has a very high level of caffeine, 300mg. I could actually only manage the half dose (which of course will make it last longer). It is though really very sweet, now some people will like that and I know it can be common in workout drinks, but for me, I prefer it less so. I am not doing intense workouts at the moment so cannot judge it from that. But I found it OK. I would likely use this more if it wasn't as sweet. Four stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Love this for a leg day, really helps me get the best out of my session and the taste is amazing!

For such an expensive product I was surprised at how the powder was rock solid. Have to scrape hard to loosen any. This close to delving into the cupboard for the electric chisel. Poor quality.

It affected my performance in the gym.
